Yohan Mahajan completed an MS in Computer and Information Science from IUPUI in May 2021. Interests – Data Analysis, Data Mining. At the PLHI, Yohan mainly worked on EHR data analysis, mainly with the streaming data from devices and wearables. His worked focused on applying machine learning and deep learning approaches to classify human activities from wearables sensors like gyroscope and accelerometers. Along with the Purkayastha lab, Yohan also worked with the Transportation Active Safety Institute (TASI) at IUPUI and Dr. Qin Hu at the Department Of Computer And Information Science. Prior to joining IUPUI, Yohan had a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai, India.
