Prem Chand Avanigadda


Prem Chand Avanigadda is a B.Tech in CS from Vijayawada, India and is a graduate student with a  Masters degree in Computer and Information Science from the Purdue School of Science at IUPUI. He is currently working as a software engineer at Flexera. He has previously worked on Texture Feature Extraction for Ear Based Human Recognition project, that involved the use of Python, OpenCV and scikit-image libraries. His research interests are in big data analytics, database systems, machine learning and mobile programming.

At PLHI, he works on machine learning and artificial learning projects in radiology – RadAI Journal. He is a mobile developer and mHealth researcher on the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation funded, eHBB (electronic Helping Babies Breathe) project with researchers from University of Washington, Indiana University School of Medicine and University of Oxford.
