Pallavi Telu is currently pursuing my master’s degree in health informatics. She is from Hyderabad and completed an undergraduate degree in Biotechnology, where she cultivated a deep appreciation for the intersection of science and technology. After completing her undergraduate studies, she delved into the world of data analysis as a SAP BODS (Business Objects Data Services) data analyst. During this enriching year, she developed skills in extracting, transforming, and loading data, gaining valuable insights into the power of data-driven decision-making. Driven by a passion for leveraging data to drive meaningful change, she has developed proficiency in key tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, and Tableau.
She is a Mobile App Developer for Android and iOS at the Purkayastha Lab to help manage burnout in mental health providers in collaboration with faculty at the School of Social Work at IU Bloomington.
Her research interests lie in data analysis, data visualization, and machine learning. As she progresses in this academic journey, she is committed to staying at the forefront of emerging trends and technologies in Health Informatics, continuously expanding her knowledge and skillset to impact the evolving landscape of healthcare positively.
